Careers

In 2010, we were just a small team of software developers. Today, we have 40+ staff, and offices in Cambridge and Newcastle. Hundreds of thousands of teachers, students, parents and school governors from 350+ schools regularly log in to GO 4 Schools to keep up-to-date with student progress, and those numbers are always on the up.

It's the quality of our team that has got us where we are and will take us where we're going. And we’re proud of that. Why not join us?

Our ethos

We want to be known for the difference we make in people’s lives. For schools, we’re pioneering a more efficient and holistic approach to gathering, summarising and sharing student information. For our staff: we help everyone achieve their potential as individuals and as team members. And that right there - the difference we make in our staff’s lives - is the difference we believe our customers see in our service. Because no matter how genuinely driven we are to change education for the better, we know it’s always going to be our people who will make it happen.

Our culture

We're at the sweet spot - the right organisation and structure to support our growth and the relaxed familiarity we’ve had since we were smaller.

And to us, the real feeling is community - the kind that big companies can only advertise as having. No matter the team, we actually support each other. No matter the task, we actually encourage creativity. As a company, we actually thrive on our diversity and the variety of skills we all bring. Five minutes from the right person can make all the difference.

Our benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible hours
  • Transparent career development pathway
  • Relaxed working environment
  • Continued Professional Development
  • Auto-enrolment pension scheme
